What we look for
In the first stage of the selection process, we’ll be looking at your application form against the essential and desirable criteria for the job which you will find on the job description. We use a competency-based approach to selection: looking at the knowledge, skills, abilities and experience of you as an individual. So, it’s really important that your application gives evidence against each of the essential and desirable criteria. We’re looking for real examples of what you did, why you did it and what the outcome was rather than just a description of your ability to something.
