We’re looking for an exceptional Commercial Manager (Supercomputing and Complex Technology) to help us make a difference to our planet.
As our Commercial Manager, the job may be suitable for hybrid working, which is where an employee works part of the week in the office and part of the week from home. This is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement and the location advertised will be your contractual place of work.

Your world of expertise
You will be part of the Commercial Function within the Chief Financial Officer Directorate, demonstrating the capability to deliver positive outcomes for the Commercial team whilst maintaining a “one team” approach. You will be expected to operate across the business demonstrating sound business acumen and commercial judgement together with the understanding to support the delivery of the Strategic Actions, which underpin the Met Office's Corporate Strategy
Your key duties
You will manage commercial activities and provide professional commercial advice to ensure engagements (including contracts and partnerships) are legally and ethically compliant.
